Timesheets
Your income and payments are reliant upon your timesheets being handed in on time and upon whether they can be clearly read. See your timesheets like a cheque book, if you have a cheque that is damaged, lost or misplaced the bank cannot process your payment.
It is the responsibility of the bank worker to make sure timesheets are handed in before the weekly cut off time of 10am each Monday so that payments can be received on time each Friday.
Please make sure you have a healthy store of timesheets and never to let them run too low. If you are running out of timesheets inform your local branch immediately so that you can arrange to pickup some more or have them posted to you.
If You Would Like More Information Or If You Have A Question Regarding Payroll Or Your Timesheets, Please Call Your Local Branch.
FAQ
If I miss the timesheet submission cut off time, will I still be paid?
Yes, however it may delay your pay. If you hand your timesheet in late, your pay for that week will be delayed until the following week.
What happens if the manager on shift declines to sign my time sheet?
Depending on the situation, there may be no one on site who is authorized to sign your timesheets. If this happens, hand a hard copy of your unsigned timesheet into the office and we will
forward it to someone with the authority to sign and approve it.
What happens if I lose my timesheet?
Although we will do all that we can to help you replace your lost timesheet, if there is no authorized record of the work that you have completed, and no proof that you have attended your
shift then we will be unable to pay you. You should always sign in and out of each shift on the signing in book on site. This is mostly for fire safety reasons but can also provide a record of your attendance of your shift which may help us process your payroll.
I have accidentally put my timesheet in the wash! What do I do?
If your timesheet is damaged, or illegible, then you will need to return to the care settings you have worked to have a fresh one authorized.
What if I cannot make it to the office to hand in my timesheet?
You can take a CLEAR picture of your timesheet and send it by email or WhatsApp to your local branch. When doing this, we expect the original timesheets to be posted during the same week. Please make sure you only have one timesheet per photograph and that all the information can be read clearly.
