Job Description

  • Monthly bank account reconciliation
  • Monthly calculations of accruals and prepayments
  • Month end reporting
  • Credit Control
  • Processing invoices
  • Resolve invoice queries
  • Overseeing the coding of invoices to correct cost centre
  • Process staff expenses
  • Raise all sales invoices
  • Process BACS payments
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • VAT returns on a monthly basis/close month period

The Successful Applicant

  • Have a wealth of experience in similar finance roles
  • Be great on excel
  • Have great communication skills
  • Build new systems and processes
