Job Description
- Monthly bank account reconciliation
- Monthly calculations of accruals and prepayments
- Month end reporting
- Credit Control
- Processing invoices
- Resolve invoice queries
- Overseeing the coding of invoices to correct cost centre
- Process staff expenses
- Raise all sales invoices
- Process BACS payments
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- VAT returns on a monthly basis/close month period
The Successful Applicant
- Have a wealth of experience in similar finance roles
- Be great on excel
- Have great communication skills
- Build new systems and processes
