Role: Registered Children’s Home Manager
Multiple Locations: Stoke on Trent, Macclesfield, Stone, Stafford, Cannock and Telford
Service: Predominately EBD homes (some LD)
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per annum plus reward and recognition bonus
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm


Care 2 Recruit are working on behalf of a number of very well-established providers of residential care to children and young people offering therapeutic placements. We want to hear from experienced, caring, enthusiastic and dedicated managers, with a can-do approach who really care about the needs of young people.

We are currently supporting a number of Residential Childcare providers across the region who are seeking passionate and experienced Deputy/ Registered Managers/ Senior Managers. I have a number of roles available with leading residential childcare providers as well as many smaller family run companies offering some fantastic rates of pay and clear progression pathways.

Salaries range from £30,000 up to £45,000 + for senior management, as well as reward & recognition bonuses!

Essential Requirements

  • You must have some experience in a managerial role within residential childcare
  • You must hold the Level 3 Residential Childcare/ Children and Young People workforce qualification
  • You must hold a full UK driving license
  • You must have some knowledge of Children Homes Regulations and Ofsted
  • Ideally hold the Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or be willing to work towards this (funded by the provider)
