Salary: up to £44,000 + bonus

As Registered Children’s Home Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Manage the home day to day in accordance to Ofsted and children’s home regulations
• Manage a team of qualified children’s home professionals
• Ensure all young people’s physical, emotional and mental wellbeing is at the forefront of all care plans
• Lead the home through all Ofsted inspections and achieve minimum ‘Good’
• Maintain a high standard of care at all times

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations, children’s home legislation and safeguarding
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People or working towards this
• Full DBS check clearance
• An element of on-call will be required
• A clean driving licence
