Overview

I am looking for an experienced Children’s Home Manager to be based in Ashford, Kent. You should have a clear understanding of what makes outstanding care and how to manage a team to achieve the very best outcomes for children.

If you are passionate about improving the lives and outcomes for children and young people; encouraging life skills and helping the young people to develop their social skills through play and education, whilst having fun we would like to hear from you.

Requirements

A good sense of humour with the ability to develop relationships with the young people and provide a safe and caring environment for them is essential for the role.

Level 5 in Leadership and Management or Equivalent

Full UK driving license

Previous experience managing a children’s home
